• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays and during our shipping hours 6am – 7pm Pacific time, from the time of order placement.
• Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on location and supplier. Estimated delivery typically can range from 3 – 22 days.

Tracking of Shipments. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order is dispatched, enabling them to track the shipment's progress.

Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Goods.

Mega Pure Life is not liable for packages that are stolen or lost after being delivered to the specified delivery address. Customers are advised to ensure that the delivery address is a secure location for receiving shipments. If a package is stolen or goes missing post-delivery, customers should file a claim with their postal service.

While Mega Pure Life endeavors to securely package and ship all orders, there are rare occasions where merchandise may be damaged during transit. If you receive an order that you believe was damaged during delivery, please contact our customer service team to report the issue.
